1. Fitness coaching—not medical care
Academy programming, educational material, automated decisions, and coach feedback are provided for strength and fitness purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, emergency monitoring, or medical clearance.
2. Individual responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you and for seeking advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional when needed. This is especially important when you have pain, an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that may affect exercise, or have been advised to limit physical activity.
3. Symptoms and emergencies
Stop or modify activity when you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, loss of control, or another concerning symptom. Academy messages, pain fields, videos, and coach notes are not monitored continuously. Call 911 or local emergency services for an emergency.
4. Training decisions are not clearance
A pain score, prescribed or repeated workout, automated response level, movement substitution, execution status, coach response, parent consent, or Adult Election does not establish that an activity is medically safe and does not replace professional medical judgment. Academy considers context, change, and effect on function alongside intensity. Medical Review Required cannot be self-waived. A coach may require a medical release and may decline to coach an activity considered unsafe. No election or coaching decision erases Pain or restores the original progression or points outcome.

Academy stores the current document version, account, typed name, date and time, IP address, and browser information as part of the electronic acceptance record.
